Welcome
to our 2008 programme.
We have been running courses for many years and we welcome newcomers
as well as regulars who return to share this special place. We
hope you will find something of interest in this year’s programme.
Lavistown is an old Georgian house surrounded by trees and gardens.
There is a walled vegetable garden and a small farm with Kerry
cows, sheep, pigs and poultry. Most of the delicious food is produced
right here. We cook but the washing up is done by everyone.
The
courses cater for about fifteen people and are always informal
and enjoyable. For the overnight courses you will need to bring
a sleeping bag or sheets. Bedrooms have one to five beds. If you
would prefer to sleep somewhere else while attending a course
